At Olymp Penzión, arrival is simple and independent.
There is no need for a traditional reception check-in. You receive all important information in advance, so you can access your accommodation at your own pace.

Booking
You can book your stay online. During the booking process, please provide accurate arrival details so we can send you all necessary information in time.

Confirmation
After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation. It includes the most important details of your stay, such as the arrival date, length of stay and room type.
Tip:
It is worth saving the confirmation or keeping it easily accessible on the day of arrival.

Receiving arrival information
Before arrival, you will receive detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation.
These include:
- the exact address
- how to enter the building,
- how to use the key safe,
- your room number,
- any additional practical information, if needed.

Arrival at the guesthouse
Olymp Penzión is located in the city centre of Komárno. When you arrive, simply follow the instructions sent to you in advance. If you arrive by car, parking options are available in the city centre.

Collecting the key and entering the building
The entrance door is located on the front side of the building. You can collect your key from the key safe located there. Use the code you received in advance. Open the safe, take out the key, then close the safe again. Watch the video →

Please do not share your access details with anyone else.

Accessing your room
After collecting the key, find your room. Your room number and floor will be included in the arrival information.
Once you enter the room, please check that everything is in order.

During your stay
You can use the room comfortably throughout the duration of your booking. Please respect the house rules, keep the room clean and be mindful of other guests.
Useful information:
- Wi-Fi details are available in the room / arrival message,
- restaurant on the ground floor,
- contact details are provided in the arrival message if you need assistance.

Check-out
When checking out, please leave the room by the required time. Return the key to the designated place or to the key safe according to the instructions.
